Talk on motivation architecture

I was invited to give a talk at BUTE. The course Culture & Architecture, formerly lectured by Ferenc Cságoly and now by Barnabás Láris, focuses around the broad cultural, political and economical context of architecture. I will talk about the motivation architecture of participative, collaborative and social projects as a design challenge. I will refer to several collaborative projects that I led, joined or organized. Given the large number of contributors of these projects, motivation of the contributors to participate is key to success.
