Lecture at Dan D, Zagreb

I am invited to give a lecture at Dan D (Design Day) organized by Croatian Designers Society. On Saturday, 15 June 2013, I will present projects and the working methodology of Kitchen Budapest. I will highlight some lessons I learned from organizing, leading or joining several collaborative and participative projects.

Given the large number of active contributors to these projects, motivation architecture - defining the motivation of contributors to participate - is a design question and a key to success. I will also talk about how format and excuse can be used as a strategy for running such collaborative projects.
